My career began with The Walt Disney Company, excelling in the areas of Human Resources, Hospitality, Retail, and Marketing, with core competencies in training, recruiting/talent acquisition, employee relations, and high-profile marketing events.

As an entrepreneur and executive in career management, my unique blend of expertise will benefit you as we collaborate to create innovative approaches and provide insight to your organizations success.

I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Human Resources, from Woodbury University, graduating Cum Laude. In addition, I received a Human Resources Management Certification from Penn State. I was honored to be invited and completed the esteemed Management Development Program at the Gallup Leadership Institute. Another honor was my nomination for Disney’s prestigious Partners in Excellence Award.

In addition to traveling with my family, I am an avid photographer and enjoy running 5k races. I achieved the coveted Disney’s Coast to Coast Medal, completing half marathons at Disneyland and Walt Disney World.
